Rental kit FAQ

What if it rains?
You may reschedule once, at no charge, within 60 days and subject to availability.
Will a kit fit in my car?
Date-night kits need a midsize SUV. The birthday kit needs a large SUV, van, or truck. Delivery is also available.
How hard is setup?
Plan for two adults and 45–60 minutes. No tools are needed, and we show you how everything works at pickup.
How far ahead should I request a kit?
At least two weeks is recommended. For summer weekends, request three to four weeks ahead.
Can I upgrade to full-service?
Yes. Ask us about upgrading before your event; any amount already paid can be applied to the full-service booking.
